Irjen Agus Suryono, the Chief of Traffic Police, revealed that the post-Eid al-Fitr exodus on the Trans Java toll road has been under control. Various efforts have been made to ensure the safety and comfort of travelers returning after the Eid holiday. Traffic engineering, such as implementing local one-way traffic flow to manage the congestion heading towards Jakarta, is in place. The peak of the return flow is predicted to occur on Sunday (April 6).
